PR-St. George marathon 3:01:03 (2013) Provo City half (2013) 1:24:18, Nebo half marathon 1:21:16, Ogden Marathon(2013) 3:07:44,  Dixie 15k 58:36,  Running of the leopards 5k (2013) 18:48, Des news 10k 40:20, Half Ironman 2016, Boston Marathon x3, 2nd place in Pony Express 50 miler

1st place overall womans in Spanish fork 1/2 marathon, Tristate 1/2 marathon, Death Valley 1/2 marathon, and the Utah Valley marathon (4-12-08)

Run a sub 3 hour marathon and have a blast doing it.  

Have fun and enjoy the process 

Personal:

I am married with 3 lovely children 26, 18, &12and a dog named Koda and a cat named Blue.  Love to run and be outside.  I believe that if you think you can do it and you work hard enough any thing is possible.   Life flashes by in the blink of an eye, enjoy it while it last and remember there is a lot more to life than running. I coach high school swim and love it!

I have not raced a half in over two years and it was not a downhill course. I was not sure what I could do but my goal was to avg 7:50-8 which I thought was best case. I was super happy with how I felt and how I ran just ran super steady on the hard rolling course. I feel blessed that I am healthy and was able to run today.

One of the coldest runs I’ve done. Started and it was 40 degrees and lightly raining. Within 2 miles it was cold and heavy wet snowing. I was not dressed for that. Miserable run. 

Swam 2350 with frozen arms was still miserable but sat in the hot tub for a long whike

Brick wo biked for an hour (teaching) then jumped on the treadmill and ran 8 miles. 2 mile wu then 3 mile tempo 22:04 then ran a mile easy and finished with a 6:58 mile, it’s been a long time sense I’ve ran a sub 7 mile. Felt really good!

I was going to get up early and swim but I’ve had this super annoying nighttime cough that keeping me up at night.  I turned my alarm off and woke up at 7, went to the Provo rec couldn’t swim due to swim meet and bikes were all full so I ran on the treadmill until one came available. Biked an hour, watched Gauge Swim his 100 free the. Went home and biked 2 more hours on my new bike on the trainer.  May need to take some time off I’ve been sick on and off since Christmas and this cough is not going away.

Holy moly that sucked. Bad weather I mean horrendous weather. To many people and just a very bad day. But I ran my 1st marathon in 3 years and I’m not injured so plus one for me

Hey yay you did it! Horrendous weather sounds just like that. Horrendous to run in. I was posting my entry and saw your name as recently writing on your blog. So glad you are not injured. I am not either. I got a shot in my symphisis pubis bone aug 6 and it miraculously cured me. No pain since. When he injected me in the front I could feel it in both piriformis muscles where I wouod often feel pain as well. So two birds. One shot.

Keep it up Josse ! And let me know how it all went besides horrendous. Ha ha.
