I believe that if you think you can do it and you work hard enough any thing is possible. | Me and Rebecca went up and did mile 11-17.5 with 2 at mp then getting another without trying. WU 1 mile then 6:46, 6:39, then slowing 7:05, 6:54 this was bridal vail hill but felt comfortable then really trying to shut it down still climbing another half mile then steep down was 7:06. Played around with pace on the steep down and 6:50 felt really easy and 6:15 felt very doable. We will see how this all plays out for the marathon.

| Hard race for me, as hard as I worked on my metal game these past few weeks I totally gave up:( it's frustrating when you truly believe you can run a better time and then you don't. The day was just hard all around, never felt good, headwind to deal with and lega just felt blah.:-/ I don't know where to go from here.......
