Personal:

I am married with 3 lovely children 15, 7, and 1, and a dog named Brune.  Love to run and be outside.  I believe that if you think you can do it and you work hard enough any thing is possible.    My personal blog- http://quiltsbyjosse.blogspot.com/

You can't become a winner overnight, or even in a couple of years-it takes time.... You will lose races and you will have to accept that, learn from it and believe that you'll win the next one, knowing that you'll probably lose as well.  All the time you have to keep believing that one day you will win. -Paula Radcliffe http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fWB2ofa8NZU&feature=related  a good inspirational watch, reminds you that you have to go through lots of heartache and failure to get successes.
