Have fun and enjoy the process Personal: I am married with 3 lovely children 26, 18, &12and a dog named Koda and a cat named Blue. Love to run and be outside. I believe that if you think you can do it and you work hard enough any thing is possible. Life flashes by in the blink of an eye, enjoy it while it last and remember there is a lot more to life than running. I coach high school swim and love it! |

| Taught 6 am spin class then home to get the kids ready than ran 6 on the mill then spin class then 2 more on the mill. Felt pretty good
PM taught another spin class. I didn't know this morning that I was going to teach but I actually felt decent. 50 miles of biking today

| Swam a mile in 28:30 then did a couple more laps practicing flip turns. Then met Janae and we drove up to south fork park and ran up to warm up and then did a 6 mile tempo. I felt good until 5.5 then my leg/quads were done 6/7:02 avg pace good for tired legs
