I believe that if you think you can do it and you work hard enough any thing is possible. | Well I can tell I have done zero speed and didn't train for this. I didn't feel bad but I had no ump to my legs and the hills killed me. I had fun tho and am glad I did this. It fun to run a marathon with no goal and just for fun.

| Got up early to meet Melody, Marie and Rebecca for some tempo miles. I have not done a workout in a very long time but need to start so I can have a good successful marathon. Did 2x1.5 and then a mile. Legs where tired from teaching last night but that is the fun thing about marathon training you usually always have tired legs. My pace stayed right at 6:45 which seemed way to hard. I hope it started to feel easier to run faster. 10 miles total which was hard for me to finish but I did. Then I taught spin and was wiped out.

| Decided to go up and do a nice Sunday ride with Ericka and Darrin. We went up Big Cottonwood canyon. The plan was to do a50 mile out and back but Erickas tire had a hole and her tube was bulging through so we thought it would be better to cut it short. Ended up with 34 which was plenty for me.
