Personal:

I am married with 3 lovely children 26, 18, &12and a dog named Koda and a cat named Blue.  Love to run and be outside.  I believe that if you think you can do it and you work hard enough any thing is possible.   Life flashes by in the blink of an eye, enjoy it while it last and remember there is a lot more to life than running. I coach high school swim and love it!

Met Melody, Desi, and Marie at Marie's house we headed towards to canyon to do some mile repeats.  My goal was to do 3 between 6:30-6:45, we warmed up for a mile and a half and then started the first on was .4 of downhill and then up the canyon it was a 6:55.  Legs felt tired form the race.  The next two were down the canyon so I had the gentle downhill to cheat off of.  They were a 6:29 and 6:31.  Then ran back to marie's house.

He Jos, I ran in to a flyer at the Runner's Corner that said there is a runner's class at UVU starting June 9th (4 weeks). I don't know much about it, or who is even instructing. Have you heard anything about it? Know anyone that could recommend it? ce.uvu.edu/summer (it's called training fro beginning to marathon runners). Let me know if you hear anything.

It's a once a week course at UVU, taught by Hawk. Here's a better link:

Well I probably wouldn't go take it, seeing I have heard everything Hawk has to say about marathoning and i don't agree with a lot of what he says.

I know you've spent a lot of time around him, so I wondered. I just got excited about a class for running.

I know you wouldn't take it, you already know everything, but I hate to keep bugging you with my questions :)
