I believe that if you think you can do it and you work hard enough any thing is possible. Me and Julie C. drove to SF to meet McKenzie and Aubrey. We got to see the lunar eclipse while running it was so cool. I love stuff like that, it happened at 7:05 on the dot which is when they said it was going to happen. There was no rhyme or reason to our run we would just go in the direction we could see the moon. I didn't have a watch but Julie got the pace at 7:51 for the entire run. Pretty good for me these days.

| Started on my own pretty easy, but quickly warmed up. Ran a big loop to melody's (5 miles) then met up with all the girls and we ran down 8th s. and looped back up the diagonal. Felt good:) 8:00 avg pace 30 mins of weight circuits arms. |

Met McKenzie, Julie C., and Aubrey at Kneaders for a loop in the freezing cold, then picked up Melody, Marie, Desi, and Amanda for another loop in the Freezing cold. I didn't ever warm up and felt dead the whole way. I did have fun with all the girls though we ate at Kneader after and chatted. I left my stinky, super sweaty clothes there and had to go back and get them. How embarrassing! 2:00:15/7:58 Merry Christmas to all my running friends:)
