Personal:

I am married with 3 lovely children 26, 18, &12and a dog named Koda and a cat named Blue.  Love to run and be outside.  I believe that if you think you can do it and you work hard enough any thing is possible.   Life flashes by in the blink of an eye, enjoy it while it last and remember there is a lot more to life than running. I coach high school swim and love it!

Got up early and did an easy run with Luz and the dogs.  They just love running on the path and getting into the river, makes for a stinky dog though.  Came home and did 25 mins. on the bike.

8:50 pace

went to the gym and lifted upper and lower, abs/back

Sounds fun! I hope I can take my dog running with me someday. Right now she is a 23 lb., 4 1/2 month old, VERY energetic, Boxer puppy.

Man who would have thought that injuries would give me a great idea... FRB Triathlon!!!! That'd be awesome

My "puppy" Aggie is now 104 pounds as of yesterday! Holy smokes she's going to be 180 or 190 I bet by the end of the year!

My dog turns 4 on sunday. He is a beautiful, muscular, shiny chocolate lab. I watched Marley and Me last night, that dog made mine look like an angle. He is a very good dog, thanks to lots of hard work and training. I was very choked up at the end of the movie though. Tears streaming down my face. Oh I love my dog.
