I believe that if you think you can do it and you work hard enough any thing is possible. | Started the day with 35 mins of yoga, arms sore from yesterdays yoga. Then did 30 mins on the bike medium and it was such a nice day (42 degrees and sunny blue skies) so I took the dog for a walk. Hammy and sciatic feel good. |

| Went for a walk today and tried to run for a half mile, I felt ok running but it tightens my hammy right back up. I am not sure what to do? I am tired of spending money on myself for this. And as long as I just crosstrain it seem fine but I want to run. Maybe just more patience or maybe I will never be a runner again. 20 mins of yoga. |

40 mins on elliptical and 25 on bike. weights upper and yoga for 18 mins. it has now been about 6 months with out running and I am really missing it and wondering when I will be able to run again, I am not ready to throw in the towel yet. But my sciatic/hammy is not getting better. I have notices a little bit of improvement with the yoga and scraping every other day but it is slow going. I am going to try to run on the zero drop shoes and see if that helps and if I am not running by mid Jan. then I will get injections in the butt and hammy. In the mean time I will just continue what I am doing. Noticed my baby has 2 teeth. This is way before my other two kids got teeth. weight 137 was glad to see I didn't pack on any extra holiday pounds.
