Have fun and enjoy the process Personal: I am married with 3 lovely children 26, 18, &12and a dog named Koda and a cat named Blue. Love to run and be outside. I believe that if you think you can do it and you work hard enough any thing is possible. Life flashes by in the blink of an eye, enjoy it while it last and remember there is a lot more to life than running. I coach high school swim and love it! |

Met at Marie's and ran with her and Rebecca, we did the vertical mile. Did well haven't been up there for a long time. Added on a mile after dropping them off. 1:05:56/9:06 Went for a walk then did pilates leg and arms weights.

Met at RC and ran with Marie, Melody, and Rebecca. did a loop down into Provo and up the diagonal. Then ran Melody back to her house plus a loop around costco parking lot. 8:23 yoga P legs before bed

| I didn't get up early and run because my husband had to leave by 6, I was so excited to sleep in then the baby had different plans. He was up from 4-6:30 or so and in turn so was I. Oh well I did get in a good nap today. I ended up taking him in the jogger from Will's up the path, I was only going to go 7 total but I didn't have my garmin and I am pretty sure I went 4 up so a total of 8. Was so nice out with a cool breeze. P legs |

Met Melody and Rebecca down at APX for our long run, Melody needed to get it done today. We went up the canyon and back, I was a little tired and inside hammy was sore. We iced after in the canal. 1:37:44/8:11 |

I promised myself I would take today off running and I am happy to report I did just that. My totally awesome husband took the baby so I could sleep in til 9:30, that felt like a dream and I feel fab. I just did 30 mins on the bike and 30 on the elliptical. Also happy to report that I can't feel my injury at all:) My tentative plan for next week is to run 18 miles on saturday and hit 50 miles if the body allows. | Add Comment |
