| Met Rebecca, Ericka, Rachelle, and Julia at Kneaders. Rebecca's husband took us up to south fork park and we warmed up 1 mile going up and another coming down. Workout was 5-7 mile repeats at hmp with 2 min active recovery. I was shooting for 5. times- 6:14, 6:09, 6:34, 6:26, 6:22, 6:42, 6:30 first 2 are down southfork so downhill, then on the path which is slightly down and the last 2 where just bonus. 11.5/7:11 avg pace

| 8 miles on the trails mostly with Rabecca good run it felt a lot easier this week than last week. 8:36 avg pace then 30 mins of spinning.

| Rebecca's hubby is a trooper he drove us up to the start, or what we thought was the start of UVM course. It was Rebecca, Janae, McKenzie and myself. We were actually about 1.5 miles from the start so when we got to the turn off for the canyon road we went back a mile so we wouldn't have to add on at the end. The plan was to do some mp stuff. I just wanted to get a good solid run on the course, which is a killer of up and downs btw. It is a very tuff course and I need to train to be able to switch gears well. So a 7.5 mile warm up at 7:38 pace then we started we did this on the toughest section of the course and I was not feeling the greatest but it gives me a starting point and I am ok with it. miles 7:08, 6:52, 6:43, 7:05, 7:05, 7:15 ran this with McKenzie and then we stopped for a drink and just ran the rest but kept it between 7-7:30's for the rest ending with 13.5@7:15 avg pace so a total of 21 miles in 2:35/7:22 avg pace I feel good about that:)
