Met at Maries house and ran with her, Melody, and Rebecca. We did a loop into Provo with some uphills in it. Dropped Mel off after 5 and the other 2 after 6 miles and finished up on my own. Started with the first 2 low 8's then under 8's for the rest. Fastest training run so far and it felt good. 8:29/8:12/7:48/7:49/7:40/7:54/7:48 Did IT band stabilizer 30x per leg, ball squats w/15 lbs. 30x, single leg ball squats 30x per leg, ball hammy curls 30x, and but lifts 65x. Pilates legs then stretching. 55:49/7:58 P.M. back, chest, and arms with hubby
