Tuesday track wo, went early to get a longer warm up did 20 mins then my plan was to do at least 6x800 with a goal time being 3:10. I did 7 and had some below and some above my goal but I felt like I did better than 2 weeks ago. times-3:06, 3:04, 3:11, 3:12, 3:12, 3:11, 3:07 did 1.5 laps recovery except the last I did more rest I need to learn to pace myself but happy with what I did. then cool down a couple miles. yoga and pilates legs and ab ripperX
