I believe that if you think you can do it and you work hard enough any thing is possible. Life flashes by in the blink of an eye, enjoy it while it last and remember there is a lot more to life than running. I coach high school swim and love it! |

| Met Rebecca at TV to do 1x1600 and 4x400 times 2 we warmed up a mile and did the first TV mile in 6:04, was going to do the 400's on the track but they lock it up so we did them on a flat part of the road. 1st set 1:29, 1:31, 1:30, 1:34. Then ran back about half mile and did the flater part of the TV mile in 6:19 wanted to be done but did the last 400's in 1:42(uphill), 1:35, 1:30, 1:30. Iliopsoas was bugging me yesterday and was a little buggy at the end of the workout. 8:05 avg stretching |

| Melody and myself meet Mckenzie down in SF. We ran into Beth and Aubrey and later pick up Kent and Pat for a little bit. I felt pretty good considering I felt like I was coming down with the flu last night and I always feel like I am on the edge of getting some crazy injury.
