Personal:

I am married with 3 lovely children 26, 18, &12and a dog named Koda and a cat named Blue.  Love to run and be outside.  I believe that if you think you can do it and you work hard enough any thing is possible.   Life flashes by in the blink of an eye, enjoy it while it last and remember there is a lot more to life than running. I coach high school swim and love it!

Got up and met Marie and Rebecca, I was informed that becca wanted some tempo miles.  We headed up the canyon to start the tempo, I wasn't to excited about this but did it anyways, just at my pace they were faster.  We went up a mile and back down.  Going up I did a 7:20 and a 7:00 on the way down.  Came home and did 1.5 with the dog.

Got up and ran with Marie and my dog on the trails.  We did the same as last week, with the killer uphill.  Marie is running WBR and has the ragnar part so this is great training for that.  Next week we will be able to go further because she won't have to be back so early.

Got up and met at Marie's house, the whole gang was there today.  We just ran a random loop, Marie showed us her icing spot in the river and chatted a ton.  Came home and had to get my daughter ready for school and then took the dog for another 4 miles.

I ran with Luz and the dogs this morning, the path is getting more crowded and the people don't like the dog off the leash (which I totally understand) so I might have to leash him for the last part of the run.  There seems to be more people when we come back.  Any way nice run, real easy but just what my legs needed after a super deep painfull massage last night.

pace somewhere around a 8:50

Biked for 20 mins.

I had a pretty good run today, I didn't feel the greatest but the pace was good.  Met Julie at her house and we headed to the canyon and ran up to south fork and back.  We took it fairly easy on the way up and ran a quick but managable pace on the the way down, was still able to talk the whole way.  The spits on the way down where 7:23, 7:07, 7:13, 7:06, 7:09, 7:35, 7:36 with the last two being up hill.  Then we added on another mile to make it 15 to her house.  Then I went down to the river and added on another 1.2 before I got in.  I could have gone further but I had to get my son form my sisters house and I wanted to ice in the river too.  Anyways felt decent, where I do feel fatigue is my breathing and upper body.
