PR-St. George marathon 3:01:03 (2013) Provo City half (2013) 1:24:18, Nebo half marathon 1:21:16, Ogden Marathon(2013) 3:07:44,  Dixie 15k 58:36,  Running of the leopards 5k (2013) 18:48, Des news 10k 40:20, Half Ironman 2016, Boston Marathon x3, 2nd place in Pony Express 50 miler

1st place overall womans in Spanish fork 1/2 marathon, Tristate 1/2 marathon, Death Valley 1/2 marathon, and the Utah Valley marathon (4-12-08)

See what my 40's bring next year

Get my grove back

Long-Term Running Goals:

Run a sub 3 hour marathon and have a blast doing it.  

Have fun and enjoy the process 

Personal:

I am married with 3 lovely children 26, 18, &12and a dog named Koda and a cat named Blue.  Love to run and be outside.  I believe that if you think you can do it and you work hard enough any thing is possible.   Life flashes by in the blink of an eye, enjoy it while it last and remember there is a lot more to life than running. I coach high school swim and love it!

My knee is still sore and my friend has some Alter-G treadmills so I went with her and ran with taking 30% of my weight off.  This helped a lot untill i went and got on my bike then it made my knee sore,  whats up with that?!?  Anyways the treadmill really helped my SI's not to hurt as well, I think i will do my recovery days on it for a while.  I like my back not hurting after running.  Ran for an hour and bike for 40 mins after up the canyon.  Chilly

I went to a new doctor today named Dr. Terry Lee at the Utah pain treatment center, he took new x-rays of my low back and neck.  Basically I am totally screwed up in both the neck and pelvis, nerves being pinched in the neck and my pubic bone is separated and left side is pushed up putting a lot of pressure on the SI's (esp. on the left side) plus having that transitional anatomy of the lubarsacral area doesn't help either plus my left side is totally twisted.  Going to see if he can help, crossing my fingers.

Went and ran on the Alter-G treadmill again taking 30% of my weight off.  Knee is feeling better, not 100% but I think it is the bike that did it.  Need to go get it refit to me I guess.  I like the treadmill because my SI's don't hurt after running and I still totally feel like I'm getting a good workout in.   stretching

Easy run with Desi, running outside after those Alter-G treadmills i felt like i was 200lbs.  But knee felt good and back didn't feel to bad.

8:29 pace 

i have decided to take the rest of may pretty easy, no speed just easy running and what ever else i feel like doing.  UV half will just be a fun run.
