I believe that if you think you can do it and you work hard enough any thing is possible. Life flashes by in the blink of an eye, enjoy it while it last and remember there is a lot more to life than running. I coach high school swim and love it! |

| I am really, really hesitant to make any goals. Which is really weird for me, it has been a while where I just fly by the seat of my pants. But this week I would like to get up into the 40's for mileage (just running and still get in some cross training). And maybe do a race some time, if I can get into some sort of shape before I get pregnant again. We will just see... | Comments(2) |

Ran on the provo river path from Will's up 3.5 and back with my dog. Very nice morning, missed out on the bad weather while in Hawaii. Felt a little tired but not to bad. 59 mins/8:32 avg pace Then came home and did 20 mins on the elliptical.

| Started with the elliptical today 25 mins. Then took my dog on the trails, was a little tired but it was so nice up there. Rolled my ankle but it doesn't feel to bad. 1:07:07/9:03 |

Woke up tired this morning, but wanted to do a tempo. I started at Will's and ran up 4 miles easy (9:00 pace) then turned and did a 3 mile tempo did this in 21:24/7:06. Wanted to do 4 but was tired and slowing. Then ran easy the rest of the way. 7:01, 7:03, 7:14 Then went to the gym and lifted lower, abs/back

| Ran with Luz and the dogs this morning. It is fun to see how much fun they have. Beautiful sunrise and so calm down by the lake. just under a 9 min pace. |

Met with Mckenzie in SF and we ran. We were both tired and when we would stop we would just sit and chat not really excited to get going again. We did this a couple of times. Anyways we made it the distance of a half. Good for us:) Left SI is a little buggy so I came home and stretched right away. 1:47:38/8:14
