I believe that if you think you can do it and you work hard enough any thing is possible. Life flashes by in the blink of an eye, enjoy it while it last and remember there is a lot more to life than running. I coach high school swim and love it! |

| Went to a wedding in Colorado this weekend. I started to cramp and bleed on sat. I went to the Dr. today and they could not find a heartbeat so I got an ultrasound and some blood tests. The ultrasound showed the baby at 6 weeks 3 days so either the baby died then or I am no as far along as I thought I was. I will take another blood test in 2 days to see if my levels are going up or down. So I am not very up to working out, just trying to stay positive, which I am having a hard time doing. Oh such is life. It has to all come at once, when it rains it pours. | Comments(12) |

| I wanted to take advantage of this beautiful weather so I took my dog up in the trails. They were pretty muddy but I had a great time. Good food for my soul, just what I need. I ran about 3.5 and hiked about 1.5. stretching |

Did the elliptical for 40 mins and then took my son in the jogger for 2 miles and walked .5 Still feel stuff in the hamstring grrrr. I am seeing Dr. Brady soon, I really want to run it makes me feel better. Went to Dr. Brady and he worked the hamstring and adductor real good.

| Went to the gym and did 30 mins on the elliptical hard. Pool ran for 30 mins and swam some laps. Abs/back My midwife called last night and told me it was a miscarry, so I will be starting over trying after a couple month break. I am doing fine, I figure there was a reason for it. | Comments(3) |

| Did the elliptical at home pushed it hard for 45 mins. It felt good, my hamstring is feeling good. Will test it out next week with running to see if I want to train for anything this year or just bag it. | Comments(1) |
