Personal:

I am married with 3 lovely children 26, 18, &12and a dog named Koda and a cat named Blue. Love to run and be outside. I believe that if you think you can do it and you work hard enough any thing is possible. Life flashes by in the blink of an eye, enjoy it while it last and remember there is a lot more to life than running. I coach high school swim and love it!

Up early again this morning to meet Luz. I really love running in the morning I am just not use to it. But it was a beautiful morning. I really enjoy running with Luz and bringing my dog down to run along the river. This morning my dog got in a little accident that about scared me to death. Right along the lake, on the other side they have a barbed wire fence to keep in cows and horses. Luz's dogs are used to going under this fence but mine is not. He jumped over just fine but trying to jump back is about twice as high because of the hill on the other side. He got caught up in the wire and did this back flop thing. I thought he was about to hang himself. I was a little hysterical, but he was fine except for a cut on his hind leg. I had to show him how to get under the fence because he didn't want anything to do with it. I don't think he will try that again.

I didn't actually crawl under the fence, I just lifted the barbed wire up and pulled him through. But that does sound funny.
