Personal:

I am married with 3 lovely children 26, 18, &12and a dog named Koda and a cat named Blue.  Love to run and be outside.  I believe that if you think you can do it and you work hard enough any thing is possible.   Life flashes by in the blink of an eye, enjoy it while it last and remember there is a lot more to life than running. I coach high school swim and love it!

Met at Julie's house and ran with her and Melody, we did the water tank hill trail and looped back down to the park and got a drink.  I had a hard time keeping up esp. on the uphill.  But thats ok I will soon.

I like your confidence. And the icing in the river sounds great.

Nice runs this week! Do you take off your shoes when you ice in the river? Is SGM your next goal race?

Icing in the river sounds heavenly, it's so blasted hot down here!!! Hope you are feeling better soon, I haven't had a chance to comment since you found out about your hypoglycemia . . . Take care of yourself!!! Just wondered what special care you have to take concerning running, , , I'm assuming eating more frequently, but do you bring fuel on your runs? Can you tell when you've gone too long without food? What does that feel like?

Great job on your runs, , , you always push through hard things! Amazing :)

Smooth I do take my shoes off to get in the river. I am running hobble creek and maybe spanish fork half and then yes Sg.

Amber-the main thing I am doing is cleaning up my diet, after my miscarry I kind of let my eating slip and that is where I notice the biggest difference. Cutting out sugar and white flour make the biggest difference for me. This is usually not to hard for me to do but for some reason it is this year. I eat before all my runs know and that seems to help and fuel only during on long runs. I can tell if I have gone to long, i get really moody, headaches and sometimes sick to my stomach.
