Personal:

I am married with 3 lovely children 26, 18, &12and a dog named Koda and a cat named Blue.  Love to run and be outside.  I believe that if you think you can do it and you work hard enough any thing is possible.   Life flashes by in the blink of an eye, enjoy it while it last and remember there is a lot more to life than running. I coach high school swim and love it!

Got up and ran by myself.  Went and opened my husband job and then got on the river path.   Started really easy and worked into an ok pace.  Felt allright, not the best but better than I though I would after yesterdays workout.  Still pretty cool in the morinings.

Good job on the run, Josse. I'm working on the appointment, but my mom said I have to go back to the orthopedic to get a scrip? in order to be able to make a PT appt :( so I have to call to see if they can do that for me.

Question, if you open the store, is there anyone that meets you there to watch it? Or do you kind of do the honor system and leave it open until your husband or someone else gets there?

It is not a store, my husband is a contractor so it is a house. Subs show up after I open it. It is nice becuase it allows me to get in more sleep and still run the miles I want.

Call the ortho. and exlpain that you are still having problems and would like to see a PT. He should just fax something over to a PT or write one up for you without seeing you again sence it wans't that long ago. I would hope anyway. Maybe he can recommend a good one if you don't know who to go to. But ask around so you get a good one that works on athletes.

Hey, I just wanted to say thanks for the advice about treating my foot. I think it was my plantar inflamed, but I'm not noticing it much anymore.

From josse on Fri, Jun 13, 2008 at 08:57:14

Not a problem David. I am always glad to give advise and glad that people use it and it helps.
