Personal:

I am married with 3 lovely children 26, 18, &12and a dog named Koda and a cat named Blue.  Love to run and be outside.  I believe that if you think you can do it and you work hard enough any thing is possible.   Life flashes by in the blink of an eye, enjoy it while it last and remember there is a lot more to life than running. I coach high school swim and love it!

Got up and met at Marie's house, Melody and Marie's friend form SL was there as well.  We ran north and got on some trails.  Melody turned before we went up cause she is running Ogden on sat.  I was tired on the up hill and had a hard time keeping up, but was not to far behind and stayed right along on the down.  Then I ran my dog a little over 2 miles when I got home, if I would have known I was going on trails I would have brought him.

Sorry you were tired. Are you still in pain?

Pain? Do you mean sciatic or what. I do still get some pain form it after long runs but after scraping it and stretching it is gone the next day. I do have cramps, which mimics sciatic:( But they are better today. Why are you driving all the way to Lehi to use the pool?

Apparently I saw "sore" yesterday and equated it with pain. They aren't the same thing--I'd take sore any day.

I signed up for their family monthly membership because they open at 5am, the lanes aren't full by 5:30, I can take the family for free, and their equipment doesn't fill up as fast as Orem. It takes me about 28 minutes to get to the Orem rec and 38 to get to Lehi. I likely won't renew for the summer because I'll likely get a Payson pool membership and can use that pool at 6am, since its closer and there isn't the mad rush to get the kiddies off to school. Plus I might be able to get MacK to join me.

Ya I was sore from the saturday racing and long run. Not used to it, I guess.
