Personal:

I am married with 3 lovely children 26, 18, &12and a dog named Koda and a cat named Blue.  Love to run and be outside.  I believe that if you think you can do it and you work hard enough any thing is possible.   Life flashes by in the blink of an eye, enjoy it while it last and remember there is a lot more to life than running. I coach high school swim and love it!

Met Rebecca and Desi early and warmed up 2.5 with the plan of doing 3x2 miles, did this on our flat 5 mile tempo loop. 1st one was 6:35 and 6:35 me and Rebecca were together and saying how we felt good and wanted to keep going but Desi was to far to yell at and let her know so we stopped and regrouped.  We had also picked up 2 guys Toni and Bill, we ran a half mile back and decided to do the next one 3 miles- 6:27, 6:36, 6:55 the last mile is all slightly uphill and was tough to keep under 7 but I did and was happy with my tempo efforts:)  Then we cooled down 3.2 good run.

HiiT same as last Tuesday

I'd say that's a good run! I keep thinking about the fro yo you were talking about for after the race. I'm being good until then so I hope you'll still want to get some!!

Awesome Tempo girl! And the break between the miles is actually just as good if not better - it helps simulate the end of marathon fatigue really well.
