Met Rebecca and Desi for a nice recovery run, I was tired starting out but felt good once I warmed up avg pace 7:48 HiiT warm up of mountain climbers, jumping jacks, burpees, lateral walk in squat position, scissors all for 1 min 50/10 x3 123 squat to rear lunge 15 lbs squat plank push up jack squats side to side lunge chops with 8 lb dead lift balance with 5 lb extended in front table top dips spin class phew! |
