Didn't get to go to boot camp was still feeling gross from yesterdays flu, but felt okay after lunch so I got on the bike for 20 mins and then did a Hiit workout - 4x50 sec on 10 sec off of super squat with weights Burpees with push up spider crawl to fore arm lower 15lb weight swing jump back to push up to row w/ 10lb w to side plank dips angle lunge with shoulder press was pooped when i finished but did some planks to finish it up I signed up for the Spartan Beast in june, must be crazy
