Personal:

I am married with 3 lovely children 26, 18, &12and a dog named Koda and a cat named Blue.  Love to run and be outside.  I believe that if you think you can do it and you work hard enough any thing is possible.   Life flashes by in the blink of an eye, enjoy it while it last and remember there is a lot more to life than running. I coach high school swim and love it!

I met the Orem girls at Maries house, we ran up to the water tower and got on the trails.  I had a hard time in the snow.  And I can tell I am going to pay for the mileage, sciatic pain has already set in.  But it was fun.

Is it your piriformis or your lumbar region that is ticking off your sciatic nerve? That nerve is SO hard to get to calm down! hang tough!

It is the piriformis and hamstring that. My hips are just having the hardest time staying aligned and causing the grief. I am thinking I just need to stop running for a while, but having a hard time doing it, even know I don't plan on training for anything this year. I just want to run a little and stay fit through my pregnancy (when that happens).

DArn it! My piriformis got itself into a charlie horse that just got worse and worse until the dr realized what was going on. He stripped it over about a week or so and it gave up and quit hurting ;) YEAH!!! Now I just do 1/2 lord of the fishes and that keeps the bugger in line ;D good luck getting your hips to line up.

CONGRATULATIONS and GOOD LUCK getting pregnant! That is SO exciting :) Having babies is such an exciting thing :) I really wish you all the good luck and fertility in the world :) Our first 4 were a bit tough to get here, but the last two just stormed the castle commando style :)

I haven't been running nearly as long as you have, but not running is REALLY hard. The body just wants to do it.
