Personal:

I am married with 3 lovely children 26, 18, &12and a dog named Koda and a cat named Blue.  Love to run and be outside.  I believe that if you think you can do it and you work hard enough any thing is possible.   Life flashes by in the blink of an eye, enjoy it while it last and remember there is a lot more to life than running. I coach high school swim and love it!

Who cancels a race due to weather?  I have never had a race cancel, but as I was driving to the 5k this morning I got a text that it was canceled due to the weather.  What it was only a light snow and wasn't even sticking on the roads.  What ever!  I still was going to run, met Ericka down and the park that it was going to be at and we just ran our 13 miles.  Did 10 with Ericka and the last 3 on my own.  Felt pretty good, except I could feel my hammy/sciatic at the end but it does that sometimes so I am not worried.  Came home and did Bi's, Tri's , and shoulders with Ericka and some good stretching.

I don't know how you do it. Kids, life, 2 workouts a day with 40 miles a week. You're amazing.

Nice work Josse! You are coming back fast and strong, but canceling a race?!? Wow, that IS a new one! Which race was it?

Either way, congrats on an excellent week and good morning despite the stinky weather.

They probably cancelled it "4 the kids". Luckily you got to run my favorite end of the trail without interruption. I am missing it so much. I'll bet even with that light snow, it was beautiful. Please invite me again next time you guys go. I've been thinking today as I was deciding about going to PT. Would you really recommend Dr. Brady over Steve O? My hamstring feels better when it's warmer (like today), but I do need to do something to help it. It's not been happy since DC.

oh yeah, congrats on the 40 this week! I hope your hamstring and sciatic don't protest too much.

Yes I would I have been to both and think Dr. Brady has more to offer in getting you better.
