Got up early and ran. Warmed up for 2 miles and then ran quarters on the track. I decided I want to try to run a good 5k in June so I will do shorter fast stuff to try for that. Plan was to do at least 4 of them and see where I am at. 1-1:43 2-1:47 long 3-1:44 4-1:40 and then I decided to do another to see if I could go under 1:40 5-1:36 felt good and probably could have done more but that was good for a start. My goal for next week will be to do 5-6 at a 1:39-1:42 P90X abs, chest, and butt lifts, hammy's
