Personal:

I am married with 3 lovely children 26, 18, &12and a dog named Koda and a cat named Blue.  Love to run and be outside.  I believe that if you think you can do it and you work hard enough any thing is possible.   Life flashes by in the blink of an eye, enjoy it while it last and remember there is a lot more to life than running. I coach high school swim and love it!

Did 30 mins on the elliptical.  Legs soreness mostly gone, was really tired yesterday.  Plan on taking it easy the next couple of weeks.

Josse- if you want you can join Mel, Kim and I at the park described in my entry today on Thursday. PS I will be going realllllllllll easy as I work the night before and come straight from work to run about 5 - 7. Glad the soreness is minimal.

Nice job on the marathon the other day. Sounds like you ran it really well. From what I've heard/read, I'm glad I didn't even think about doing it. Good job again though.

You're going to take it....what ? EASY!? Good for you Iron Maiden! Glad you're recovering quickly. I hope you got a good post-season massage and will be enjoying lots of Thanksgiving favorites.

Ya Luz can you believe it, well I don't;) I have taken two days off running and plan to take tomorrow off, but I think I will have to run on thanksgiving. I would like to take the next month and just run minimal mileage. But I don't know if I can be that disciplined.

Julie i have not made up my mind what I am doing. I have so many invites but this one sound nice because it is not super early, but I might need to stay closer to home. We will see:)

I made a big mistake after SG-- I did reduce my mileage and the intensity but started running again two days later. I wish I would have stuck to the bike/elliptical (or whatever) for at least 2 weeks. I know you're way tougher than I'll ever be--but I promise it took me a month to get on top of my energy level again. And from what I hear, you need to start saving up :)

You could spend the night at my house tonight so that meeting our group at 6am wouldn't be so bad. Come with us! Come with us!

From MCKENZIE on Wed, Nov 25, 2009 at 10:33:37 from 75.169.134.103

YES, COME WITH US!!!!

From JulieC on Wed, Nov 25, 2009 at 13:32:43 from 67.40.111.101

Josse the other two are much finer company. I will probably be death warmed over and Mel and Kim, who say they will run easy will probably take off. Michelle's invite sounds way more appealing, doesn't it. Still invited but I may be ghostlike again.

Julie, where is the fighter in you? This would be the appropriate place for you to offer a bribe. If you don't, I guess I have to, how about I throw in a piece of pie, Josse?

Julie, you can come down too, you know :D It'd be nice to meet you.

OH my goodness I feel so torn, or loved or something that sits funny in my gut;) I don't know what I want to do, I do know I don't want to get up early and I am doing a massage trade tonight so I won't get home till late. So I don't think I am going out to Salem (but I will come down on Saturday). I think I will just run from my house over to the rec and watch the 4 mile race and maybe run a little but of the course.

Julie let me know when you want another 20 miler and I will come keep you company this time:)

From MichelleL on Wed, Nov 25, 2009 at 16:30:29 from 71.213.97.46

fine :P

From JulieC on Wed, Nov 25, 2009 at 18:48:10 from 71.35.213.136

Double Fine!! Sure go vicariously watch the race, don't get tempted :DDDD. Oh and another 20 miler will be coming up soon. About every 4 to 5 weeks I am thinking. I will let you know, thanks Josse.
