PR-St. George marathon 3:01:03 (2013) Provo City half (2013) 1:24:18, Nebo half marathon 1:21:16, Ogden Marathon(2013) 3:07:44,  Dixie 15k 58:36,  Running of the leopards 5k (2013) 18:48, Des news 10k 40:20, Half Ironman 2016, Boston Marathon x3, 2nd place in Pony Express 50 miler

1st place overall womans in Spanish fork 1/2 marathon, Tristate 1/2 marathon, Death Valley 1/2 marathon, and the Utah Valley marathon (4-12-08)

Long-Term Running Goals:

Run a sub 3 hour marathon and have a blast doing it.  

Have fun and enjoy the process 

Personal:

I am married with 3 lovely children 26, 18, &12and a dog named Koda and a cat named Blue.  Love to run and be outside.  I believe that if you think you can do it and you work hard enough any thing is possible.   Life flashes by in the blink of an eye, enjoy it while it last and remember there is a lot more to life than running. I coach high school swim and love it!

Got up and ran the cc loop by myself.  Felt pretty good after the first couple of miles.  Fall is in the air the temps were nice and cool:)

Met with Melody and Julie at vintange.  We warmed up 4 miles up the canyon and turned and did a 4 mile tempo at about 1/2 marathon pace.  I felt all right, could still feel saturday's workout in my legs but not bad.  Goal was to say under 7's.

3-6:57 Julie and Melody stopped at this mile, I went on and they decided that after a little break they could keep up with me.

27:36/6:52  Was happy about this, still have a lot of work to do but it is a good start.

Got up and met with Melody and Susie, had a nice easy run with them.  Was going to be done at 5.5 came home and decided just to make it 7.  If I plan out a week I have a hard time cutting it short.

Got up even know I was really tired and meet the girls for trails.  We did the pipeline trail which was a good change.  Was tired and left hammy was hurting, body is having a hard time with the higher mileage.

Went out around 9 a.m. and ran an easy 4 miles, was hot.  Then did 20 mins on the elliptical.

Got home form a youth conference late last night so getting up was hard.  I started at from my house and ran to Melody's to meet up with her and Julie.  Melody ran 4 with us and turned back, me and Julie went further up the canyon.  The weather was nice and cool which I was so glad because we got a late start.  First couple of mile I was dragging and wondering if I was going to make it 15.  But started feeling better after 4 miles and was able to hold a 7:15-7:30 pace for 7 of the miles and felt pretty good.  Was going to do a full 20 miler but body was feeling not to bad so I was done, I don't want to aggrivate the sciatic and was starting to feel it some.  Good run
