I am married with 3 lovely children 26, 18, &12and a dog named Koda and a cat named Blue.  Love to run and be outside.  I believe that if you think you can do it and you work hard enough any thing is possible.   Life flashes by in the blink of an eye, enjoy it while it last and remember there is a lot more to life than running. I coach high school swim and love it!

Allready the middle of June, how time flys.  A little bit sore after yesterday but not bad.  Going to do one more building week before a recovery week, so I will break into the 70's for mileage.  I am feeling like I need some sort of mental boost with running, I am hoping a recovery week after this week will do that for me.  Any ideas for a mental boost?

Got up really early to be home for my husband he had to leave at 6am, of course he wasn't ready when I got home but oh well.  Ran out and back to the path.  Started really easy and worked into a good pace, leg could feel the race but I still felt good after I warmed up a couple of miles.

Ran with Sasha and Jeff, Matt joined for the middle.  Ran mostly easy, did an 800 in 3:10 and 2 100 meters in 16.4 and 16.6 I think, I didn't time them and  my memory is not the best with #'s.  But then the rest was fairly easy.  Legs feeling alittle trashed, but not to bad.

Oh man I was tired today.  I think I am not getting enough sleep.  Getting up early everyday is takeing its toll on me.   I got spoiled with being able to sleep in a couple of days during the week and run while my kid where in school.  Anyway got up early and oped my husbands job and got on the path and back. 10 miles

No watch

Pm -Took my dog to the park and ran with him, he is slow.  But thats ok, cause I was barefoot (2 miles) and it was HOT.  Then we took the long way home, he went 3 miles with me.  First time I have taken him that long, he runs alot but usally chasing a ball.

I met Michelle at Hobble creek canyon we did a 3 mile warm up uphill before we started out 5 mile tempo, half up and half down.  Legs feeling warn out, trying to get use to this mileage.  But it went ok still,  the second uphill miles is a killer but this should all make me stronger, right!?!

1-7:10

2-7:56 The uphill seems very steep today.

3-7:30

4-6:44

5-6:40 legs are feeling it and tired.  But I push the last little uphill to be done.

36:00 for the tempo

Got home late from working in Park city last night, but I still had to get up early to run in fear that I wouldn't get a run in.  It's a sickness!  Was super tired starting out but felt ok by the end.  Will take a nap today weather my kids like it or not.  Can't live on 4 hours of sleep.  Easy run out and back 4.

no watch, Yes James that is twice this week.

Progrid (125.7)

Good luck to all the WBRers this weekend:)

Met Michelle in SF with the running group.  Started really easy ran with Kim for a bit and then it was just me and Michelle.  We did Harry's hill, my first time man it was a killer.  Then Michelle wanted to push a mile after Harry's so I agreed and did that in 6:08 all down hill.  Felt tired starting out but really good in the middle and tired at the end, but all in all a great run.
