Personal:

I am married with 3 lovely children 26, 18, &12and a dog named Koda and a cat named Blue.  Love to run and be outside.  I believe that if you think you can do it and you work hard enough any thing is possible.   Life flashes by in the blink of an eye, enjoy it while it last and remember there is a lot more to life than running. I coach high school swim and love it!

Meet Michelle, MacK, and Kevin at the Arts park in Sprigville.  We drove up Hobble creek to the 5 mile mark of the half.  We ran the 5 up to the start and then turn and took it easy for 1 mile.  Then we started a 6 miles tempo, me and Michelle stayed together until the last half mile and Michelle pulled ahead a bit.

1-6:44 was wondering if I was going to be able to finish this workout.

2-6:47 feeling better

3-6:43 feeling even better and know I can fiinish the rest.

4-6:42

5-6:37

6-6:57 had the climb before the golf course in it, and I was getting tired.

time for the tempo 40:30

Felt better the longer I went.  Then we took it easy until the last two and I took off.  did a 7:04 and 6:57 last two miles.  Felt pretty good for the run.

Great run today!

Thank you so much for working on my legs. They felt great today! (they don't look good at all, hee hee) I ordered the tools and hopefully they will come before I leave. I just cannot thank you enough for taking your time to help me heal. Have a great weekend!

I enjoyed the run today so much! Thanks for suggesting adding this to our mix. Hopefully I won't be too bowlegged at church tomorrow.

Josse, sweet workout, and what a cool workout on the hobble creek course. Good luck at Ogden, I will try and get your picture coming in. Your right on about the heart and soul thing, messing with my mind.
