Track wo, my plan was to do 3x1600 at 6:30 with 2 lap recovery jog. Met Julie, Rebecca, Melody and Emily at the SFH indoor track. WU was 30 mins, then my miles were 6:18, 6:28, 6:37 felt decent but wasn't able to focus on the last one. Then I ran 2 laps with julie while she was doing her last mile did this at a 6 mm. cd 20 mins. Yoga, side plank pulses, and weights chest and back
