Personal:

I am married with 3 lovely children 26, 18, &12and a dog named Koda and a cat named Blue.  Love to run and be outside.  I believe that if you think you can do it and you work hard enough any thing is possible.   Life flashes by in the blink of an eye, enjoy it while it last and remember there is a lot more to life than running. I coach high school swim and love it!

Got up really early (had to be back early for my husband to go to work), debated on going back to bed.  I was up at least 5 times last night with my son.  The antibiotic he is on made him have to pee a lot,  I was really worried about him to so I didn't sleep much.  He went to bed with a fever of 104.5 but it went down to 101.1 by 2 a.m. and was normal by 5 a.m.  I decided to go out and see how I felt.  The first mile was rough and I thought it would be another 5 mile slow day, but I felt better the longer I went.  Went 7 on my own and 2 with the dog.  Saw something kind of strange, this guy probably in his late 40's, dressed nice walking at 5 in the morning with a garbage bag full of popcorn.  I just think that is weird, I wonder if he was on his way to a movie or something.

My best wishes to your son for a good recovery. I hate it when they get ill.

Josse that is weird! I see some strange things in the mornings sometimes too and you just have to shake your head:-) I hope your son gets to feeling better too, good job on getting out today that is always hard when you don't get enough sleep.

I am glad to hear you son's fever is down. I wonder if the guy was going to send a package? Or had receieved a package in the mail that someone else had used popcorn as a packing material and was going to feed it to the birds or something? very cool question ... I wish we lived in a more safe time (like Mayberry RFD - my favorite show) so you could have asked him!

How funny, I love popcorn, , , but you won't see me walking dressed up in the morning eating it!! Congrats on getting into the SG, that's exciting. I'm just catching up on your blog! So sorry your son is sick, no fun at all, hope he's on the up and up!

Have you ever said "Good morning" to passerby's when you're running at night?

Amber I am a "hello" person so that never happens.

Bonnie he looked nice enough, I just didn't think to stop and ask. It really didn't hit me until after I passed that it was weird.
