I believe that if you think you can do it and you work hard enough any thing is possible. Life flashes by in the blink of an eye, enjoy it while it last and remember there is a lot more to life than running. I coach high school swim and love it! |

| I haven't race in a while and this was just a push but not all out effort. I haven't ran fast in months but I like doing a race on thanksgiving so this was mine. I felt good and passed the whole way:) both Gauge and Cole ran today and I was a proud mama.
