PR-St. George marathon 3:01:03 (2013) Provo City half (2013) 1:24:18, Nebo half marathon 1:21:16, Ogden Marathon(2013) 3:07:44,  Dixie 15k 58:36,  Running of the leopards 5k (2013) 18:48, Des news 10k 40:20, Half Ironman 2016, Boston Marathon x3, 2nd place in Pony Express 50 miler

1st place overall womans in Spanish fork 1/2 marathon, Tristate 1/2 marathon, Death Valley 1/2 marathon, and the Utah Valley marathon (4-12-08)

Long-Term Running Goals:

Run a sub 3 hour marathon and have a blast doing it.  

Have fun and enjoy the process 

Personal:

I am married with 3 lovely children 26, 18, &12and a dog named Koda and a cat named Blue.  Love to run and be outside.  I believe that if you think you can do it and you work hard enough any thing is possible.   Life flashes by in the blink of an eye, enjoy it while it last and remember there is a lot more to life than running. I coach high school swim and love it!

I'm tired of tracking miles so I'm going to just track my mins spent with cardio, maybe when I'm running good agian I'll track them.  60 mins on the elliptical and then 11 mins of pain free running outside. I hope this is a good sign.....I hope I hope I hope

Bike ride up to Vivian and back. Hit a curb and crashed hard, I have never done that before. Got some scrapes and hit my head but the helmet took the blow thank goodness. Rode anyway

90 mins on the spin bike and the 15 mins on the TM ankle is feeling good. Body is still sore and still getting over this sickness

Went to the provo rec and did 40 mins on the elliptical, 24 mins on the treadmill ankle felt good I was just tired, and 42 mins on the spin bike

Started the day with yoga and then ran 29 mins and biked 42 windy up the canyon! I almost got blown off my bike

Yoga-run with Janae, I felt like a runner kind of. We ran, we talked, and I didn't feel like I needed to stop the whole time. It's nice to run with a friend. Then biked for 50 mins

HIIT then 4 wonderful miles with Janae at an 8:21 avg pace. I felt pretty good like I could have kept going but I'm still on the be very careful build up part of coming back so I didn't.

HIIT then ran 4 miles on my own, SI joint is so sore from falling off my bike a couple weeks ago. The doc said I strained/sprained it:( It wasn't bad right after but has gotten worse. I should probably not run because having the right SI hurting puts more stress on the ankle and I don't want that to come back.  All I want to do is run and it just seems like one thing after another...oh well hopefully this won't take long to heal.
