Personal:

I am married with 3 lovely children 26, 18, &12and a dog named Koda and a cat named Blue.  Love to run and be outside.  I believe that if you think you can do it and you work hard enough any thing is possible.   Life flashes by in the blink of an eye, enjoy it while it last and remember there is a lot more to life than running. I coach high school swim and love it!

When I went to bed last night I really thought I would not be running today.  My back was killing me all the way from my SI up to my neck and down to my knee.  I was sooooo upset, this is my Achilles heel.  But I stretch and scrapped before I went to bed and when I woke up I didn't hurt at all.  I am going to the chirtopractor again today just to make sure.

I went from wills up the  canyon and back, threw in a couple of 200 @ a 6:30 pace, it felt good.   But for  the most part just ran easy.

We should meet up in Moab this weekend. You can show me some of your magic stretches.

I would love to show my stretches and I bring my scrapping tool and I can show you that as well. I am staying at the Ramada with Marcie, I have no idea what the plans are. We could talk after the race or something.

Good luck at Moab 1/2 this weekend! Slice 'em up, Josse! Hope your back feels better :( Glad to see the "scrapp" tool works its magic

Several of us are renting a cottage near the LaSalles, just south of Moab. We'll probably talk to everyone after the race and see if people are up for coming over for a BBQ Saturday night.

Hey! kt and sarah told me that you could help me with getting rid of shin splints. I dont hurt when I walk, just when I run. I got new shoes hoping that would help, but no luck there. Are there any stretches or anything?? I'd love the help. THANKS!
