Get my grove back Long-Term Running Goals: Run a sub 3 hour marathon and have a blast doing it.
Have fun and enjoy the process Personal: I am married with 3 lovely children 26, 18, &12and a dog named Koda and a cat named Blue. Love to run and be outside. I believe that if you think you can do it and you work hard enough any thing is possible. Life flashes by in the blink of an eye, enjoy it while it last and remember there is a lot more to life than running. I coach high school swim and love it! |

| Don't feel to bad just a little dizzy in the head still, but I have been able to go for walks and stuff so I guess that is good went on a 2 mile walk this morning and same thing yesterday morning. plus walks though out the day and have been able to work some. | Went out this morning with intensions of only walking, but I feel good have no pain so I decided to try running slowly. It felt the same as walking so I kept going did take some walking breaks but it felt good to be able to run. Didn't have a garmin on so i don't know how far or how slow it was but thats okay. I do feel out of shape:( I won a free entry into Des news Marathon so I need to get back in shape:-o walked about a mile or so. | Comments(3) |

| Ran 5 miles by myself, feel good but for some reason taking time off has flared my hammy up. totally dumb but I can work through that. a 8:35 avg pace did some hammy rehab exercises. |
