Met Ericka at MV track for some speed, warmed up there 3.5. Did not feel great and was not set on a workout, I had given ericka the workout of 4x400 and 4x200 so I just did that with a 200 rest in between. time-1:27, 1:28, 1:27, 1:28, 40, 41, 41, 41. I wanted a longer speed wo but I was so tired I really don't think I could have done more. Ran home. |
