Personal:

I am married with 3 lovely children 26, 18, &12and a dog named Koda and a cat named Blue.  Love to run and be outside.  I believe that if you think you can do it and you work hard enough any thing is possible.   Life flashes by in the blink of an eye, enjoy it while it last and remember there is a lot more to life than running. I coach high school swim and love it!

Met at the indoor track to see if my body would handle speed today, it did not.  I did the 1st mile with the girls but felt very drained, did that in 6:20.  then I did 3 laps then 2 didn't time myself and felt pretty pathetic.  But that's okay nobody really felt great today except Emily.

stretched and did core, back ex, and weights shoulders, chest and tri's

Nice job pushing through the sludge. Hopefully a couple of easy/rest days will recharge us again! Let me know if you want to go easy on Thursday/Friday.

I run better if I start with the group. It is mental for me to start 15 seconds behind everyone....like no way can I catch up. When I ran on the track with Jane and Kim one of them would be behind me and one beside me so there was no way I could slow down-- I 6 or 7 x 800s with them under 6 mm that day. Let's start together next time. : D. Power in the group!! I felt like I failed before I started so that was a bummer. Then it went downhill from there!! don't worry I will get over it. Estrogen lows do this to me :D. Hope you feel better soon!!
