Personal:

I am married with 3 lovely children 26, 18, &12and a dog named Koda and a cat named Blue.  Love to run and be outside.  I believe that if you think you can do it and you work hard enough any thing is possible.   Life flashes by in the blink of an eye, enjoy it while it last and remember there is a lot more to life than running. I coach high school swim and love it!

Isn't it great when we can run and do something productive in the meantime? :)

Thank you for all your advice on shin splints. Enjoy your weekend!

Ya it is great because I get to sleep more.

You are so welcome, I hope it helps and you can run pain free.

Hey Josse- How goes it? I was just looking over your latest posts and found some things of interest- 1st, WOW you have over 700 mi.on some WR's that you are rotating? That is great news because I have almost 500 on my current pair and while I do plan on buying new ones in the next month- its still good to know they can go awhile. They're my 1st pair & I love them! I was also glad to read your Garmin tip. I've had trouble with mine also and its only 6 mo. old! Sometimes it seems like it has a short in it and won't turn on- argghhh- frustrating! Lastly- question for you... are you running Bryce 1/2? I just registered and I'm so excited! It will be my first time running it. Dumb, girly question- do they have gender specific shirts like Hurricane 1/2 or just unisex shirts... trying to decide what size to get...I know that's really girly of me....

Good to hear from you Christi. Last time I ran Bryce they didn't have gender specigic shirts but that was a while ago. I think I am running it. I have a room that is paid for but haven't signed up yet, but most likely yes. The Wive rider is my absoulte favorite shoe, I always get alot of use out of them. But I wasn't rotatign them just had that one pair for a while.
