I believe that if you think you can do it and you work hard enough any thing is possible. | The siatic was up and down all weekend, but is feeling better. I went to the rec center and ran 4 miles on the treadmill in 32 mins and then pool ran for 20 mins and swam 4 laps. Didn't have any pain with the pool running or swimming, last time I did. I still think I will have to play it by ear for a while. Came home and did my back and abs. |

Got up and met with Marie, Julie and Rebecca. Was nice to run with people although I think I over did it. Hopefully I will be ok, I did yoga when I got home and am ice/head my glute and will scrape later. The sciatic is flared up a bit. I will take tomorrow off and see. It is not as bad as it was. It is hard to be patiant.

No running today, I wanted to give the sciatic a break. I did do some deep work on it yesterday and scraped it. I felt better, though I am sore form the deep work (yes I did it myself). I did my back/ab excersises and 30 mins of yoga. Trying to decide if I should go and do a turky run tomorrow, I am so out of shape, but I would like to get some miles in. I guess I can just do that on my own.
Really missing running everyday and the amount I want. Injuries suck, I know most of you can sympathize with me.

Met up with Michelle, Mckenzie and the SF running group for there Thanksgiving day run. It was so fun to run with the girls again, it seems like it has been forever, it has been for Mac. Had a good little run and my back feels pretty good afterwards.

| Went to the rec center with Ericka, my best buddy. I did the elliptical for 20 mins and the ran on the the TM for 2 miles. Back felt pretty good. Then I pool ran for 20 mins and swam 4 laps. Then did my back/abs and weights lower. |

Met with Mckenzie at Beths house in SF, we did a loop around the golf course. Had a good run, probably alittle long but I think I will be ok.
