Have fun and enjoy the process Personal: I am married with 3 lovely children 26, 18, &12and a dog named Koda and a cat named Blue. Love to run and be outside. I believe that if you think you can do it and you work hard enough any thing is possible. | Was late to spin so only got 40 mins, kept HR 120-130 then went on the treadmill to see what my heart rate is at what pace. I find that my HR doesn't climb all that quickly when I bring the pace down but I have to go about a 9mm to have it stay in zone 1 below a 133 but I can bump it up 2 on the speed and it only raises 2-3 beats I did this holding each time for a min and was able to get down to a 7mm and be 158-160 so zone 4range. I do feel way out of shape. But gives me something to work off of. I can't wait til my zone 1 and 2 are faster.

| Run with Amanda and Rebecca. It is hard to keep it "easy" while it didn't feel hard and we were talking the entire time my HR was higher than I wanted. But you can do that 20% of the time:)

| 3 days in a row, that hasn't happen in forever:) my foot is finally filling good, still little aches here and there but about 90-95% I got bio-puncher done on Tuesday and I think that did the trick. My knee is still a bit wonky but that is no biggie. I did my long run today because Gauge is testing for his black belt tomorrow morning. 10 lovely super easy miles with Janae in the MUrock canal. We saw some super cool shooting stars. Then I did yoga and went to spin. Feel good, my fatigue I was feeling tha past 6 weeks is subsiding, it is a wonder what taking good supplements will do for you and 8 hours if consistent sleep.
