Personal:

I am married with 3 lovely children 26, 18, &12and a dog named Koda and a cat named Blue.  Love to run and be outside.  I believe that if you think you can do it and you work hard enough any thing is possible.   Life flashes by in the blink of an eye, enjoy it while it last and remember there is a lot more to life than running. I coach high school swim and love it!

I went off sugar about  a week and a half ago.  I usually do this for about 8-9 month out of the year but being injured all summer I didn't have the motivation to do it .  Even know sugar gives me terrible headaches, that should be motivation enough.  I do fine during the week but for some reason the weekend comes and I want something sweet.  I don't give in but it nags at me.  I love the way I feel off sugar, the befits far out way eating the stuff.

Goals for the week-  do what I can I will be in California for most of it.

Ran down in Disneyland, the plan was to do treadmill running thurs. and fri. but the hotel did not have a workout room and walking around Disneyland was tiring enough.  So I just ran sat. morning around Disneyland was so beautiful and perfect temps.

We left wed. morning around 4 am and my son threw up the hole way down it took us 13 hours to drive compared to the 10 hour driving back.  We had a fun time, spent 2 days in disneyland and 1 day at the beach.
