Personal:

I am married with 3 lovely children 26, 18, &12and a dog named Koda and a cat named Blue.  Love to run and be outside.  I believe that if you think you can do it and you work hard enough any thing is possible.   Life flashes by in the blink of an eye, enjoy it while it last and remember there is a lot more to life than running. I coach high school swim and love it!

Kid are off for Spring break so it is early run for the week.  Not fun when your baby is teething and waking up in the night.  I did the CC loop starting out feeling really tired but felt really good as the run went on.

Went to bed before 10 because I was so tired and had to get up again.  Starting to feel good running in the mid 8's after warming up a couple of miles.  Easy run.   Then did ball squats+ single, hammy ball curls, butt lifts, and IT band stabilizer.  Stretching

Got up and met with Marie and Rebecca, kind of nervous cause I knew the pace would be faster than I have been running.  But i was able to keep up and even have conversation.  It felt good to run at a faster pace.  We did a random loop and on the way back to Marie's house we ran into Melody and ran with her for a couple of miles.  Came home and did Pilates legs and stretching.

Woke still feeling sick, but better than I did the day before.  I decided I was good to run come evening so I went out.  The weather was perfect and I felt great.  Not expecting this was a plus.  I haven't felt this good for a long, long time, probably before I was pregnant.  It was so awesome.  Lately running in the 9's has been my comfortable pace but for some reason this run felt so easy and effortless, with an avg. pace being 8:11.  I started in with an 8:30 which my usual warm up pace is well over 9's.  I got quicker and quicker as the miles went by with the last few being under 8's.  Wow it felt good to run like that.  I will probably pay for it on tomorrow mornings run but oh well it was worth it.

Met Luz and Ericka at will's and ran up the path easy, when we turned I did a tempo at half marathon pace.  My plan was to do 3 miles,  I did 2 and was wheezy so I caught my breath for 50 seconds and did 2x800 to total 3 miles.  Did 7:09 and 7:16 for the 2 mile and 3:38 and 3:30 for the 800.  Was happy about that and then easy the rest.  Did ab ripper x.

I feel like my legs and mind has found the next gear, all my runs this week were under 9's.
