PR-St. George marathon 3:01:03 (2013) Provo City half (2013) 1:24:18, Nebo half marathon 1:21:16, Ogden Marathon(2013) 3:07:44,  Dixie 15k 58:36,  Running of the leopards 5k (2013) 18:48, Des news 10k 40:20, Half Ironman 2016, Boston Marathon x3, 2nd place in Pony Express 50 miler

1st place overall womans in Spanish fork 1/2 marathon, Tristate 1/2 marathon, Death Valley 1/2 marathon, and the Utah Valley marathon (4-12-08)

See what my 40's bring next year

Get my grove back

Long-Term Running Goals:

Run a sub 3 hour marathon and have a blast doing it.  

Have fun and enjoy the process 

Personal:

I am married with 3 lovely children 26, 18, &12and a dog named Koda and a cat named Blue.  Love to run and be outside.  I believe that if you think you can do it and you work hard enough any thing is possible.   Life flashes by in the blink of an eye, enjoy it while it last and remember there is a lot more to life than running. I coach high school swim and love it!

Got up early and ran.  Warmed up for 2 miles and then ran quarters on the track.  I decided I want to try to run a good 5k in June so I will do shorter fast stuff to try for that.  Plan was to do at least 4 of them and see where I am at.

4-1:40 and then I decided to do another to see if I could go under 1:40

felt good and probably could have done more but that was good for a start.  My goal for next week will be to do 5-6 at a 1:39-1:42

Ericka came over and we took Brune for a loop and then finished up the rest with Cole in the jogger.  We were both tired.  came back and stretched good.

Got up early and ran 6 with Ericka was tired but she pushed the pace so I couldn't be a slacker.  Then ran 1 more on my own.  Did 50 mins of Pilates.

Met up with Marie and the sojourners group.  We did trails, which I was excited to do but I am so out of shape on the hills plus there was snow on them and it was cold.  And it was uphill for the first 3 miles, my pace on those was between 13 (on the really steep stuff) and 10 min. mile.  Then it flattens out and is rolling and I felt good and ran in the 8-9 range then on the downhill and flat canal back to the car I ran in the mid 8's and even had a 7:50.  Was a good run but I am tired.  Stretching.
