I believe that if you think you can do it and you work hard enough any thing is possible. Life flashes by in the blink of an eye, enjoy it while it last and remember there is a lot more to life than running. I coach high school swim and love it! |

40 mins on elliptical and 25 on bike. weights upper and yoga for 18 mins. it has now been about 6 months with out running and I am really missing it and wondering when I will be able to run again, I am not ready to throw in the towel yet. But my sciatic/hammy is not getting better. I have notices a little bit of improvement with the yoga and scraping every other day but it is slow going. I am going to try to run on the zero drop shoes and see if that helps and if I am not running by mid Jan. then I will get injections in the butt and hammy. In the mean time I will just continue what I am doing. Noticed my baby has 2 teeth. This is way before my other two kids got teeth. weight 137 was glad to see I didn't pack on any extra holiday pounds.

| hour on the elliptical med/hard and 30 mins of yoga. bought some zero drop shoes the Adidas Adizero should get them in 5-7 days and made an appt. to get the homiopathic injections in my glute and hammy next week so hopefully I can be running in the next couple of weeks. | Add Comment |

| did a mix of bike and elliptical for 40 mins broken up by a cranky baby. Had to do my workout later in the day and I hate doing that cause I am never in to it later in the day compared to the morning. Yoga for 30 mins. | Add Comment |

| Happy New Years!! I did 60 mins on the elliptical barefoot, I decided if I am going to go to the zero drop shoes I should do that on the elliptical too. I felt good so I did a 15 min warmup and then did 3 mins med/hard and 2 mins hard for 45 mins then got on the bike and did and easy spin while I lifted my upper body. I have to multi task to get in the weights. Then stretched for 10 mins. | Add Comment |
