I am married with 3 lovely children 26, 18, &12and a dog named Koda and a cat named Blue. Love to run and be outside. I believe that if you think you can do it and you work hard enough any thing is possible. Life flashes by in the blink of an eye, enjoy it while it last and remember there is a lot more to life than running. I coach high school swim and love it!

took my dog up in the trails, lots of deer hunters......no deer. Felt good and was a great morning to run in the mountains.

I hope you have some bright orange. You look just like a deer (well, technically you look more like a gazelle) but don't get shot! Down by the lake there is the DeSpain reserve and while I was down at the very end where we turn around, a group of about 6 men came out of the bushes with rifles. My heart raced so fast I thought I would pass out until I realized they were hunting...But still. Be careful out there on the trail!

I wore bright pink, the hunters that go this close to crowded trails are not to serious. But I am always careful:)

Eek. You saw hunters too? Seeing the two ones that I saw on my Saturday run were enough to scare me out of the woods at least until after all the hunting's done! Or until I do the next trail race. I'm afraid now to go in the woods by myself :D
