Personal:

I am married with 3 lovely children 26, 18, &12and a dog named Koda and a cat named Blue.  Love to run and be outside.  I believe that if you think you can do it and you work hard enough any thing is possible.   Life flashes by in the blink of an eye, enjoy it while it last and remember there is a lot more to life than running. I coach high school swim and love it!

I am starting to think that it is arthritis in my ankles because my wrists are acting up to as well as my SI joints. I think I need to order my Celebrex

Good job with the cross training Josse. You could be right about the arthritis and the cold weather may be contributing to it?

telling you josse we have the same thing!!!! I keep thinking I have arthritis. My wrists have been really aching too!! very weird. Stormy weather and they are bugged!! I am seriously not a copy cat Josse. We sound alike which is why I comment so much!! My ankle feels arthitic. I am so done with this!! I am getting three steroid injections--- one in my SI joint/lower back and two in my neck. I have degenerative/arthritic changes in my neck too!! tis the season!! sorry you are going through it all too!!!

Julie I know I have arthritis in my SI joints that showed up in my X-rays. Plus it runs in my family I plan on taking Celebrex soon I just can't take another season of pain. I think I would give up marathon if I don't take it.
