Personal:

I am married with 3 lovely children 26, 18, &12and a dog named Koda and a cat named Blue.  Love to run and be outside.  I believe that if you think you can do it and you work hard enough any thing is possible.   Life flashes by in the blink of an eye, enjoy it while it last and remember there is a lot more to life than running. I coach high school swim and love it!

I think I feel pretty recovered form the marathon, probably not 100% but close.  I think I will do in the 60's for mileage, we will see.  Race a 5k on sat. would really like low 20's or even better would be in the 19's.  5k's are not my favorite, but I can gut it out for 3 miles.  Do power yoga or weights twice.  And like always daily stretching (which I do but don't usually log).

I need to get back into doing yoga, is their a good program on dvd you recommend?

I do a program that I got from a book by Beryl Bender Birch called Power Yoga. I think she has videos as well http://www.amazon.com/Beryl-Bender-Birch-Power-Yoga/dp/B00006I4XS I use the book so I don't know how the dvd is but she is one of the best yogis around and she gears herstuff for runners.

What do you do for weights? I want to start implementing that into my training and I am kind of at a loss.

I mostly do free weights and use the ball for core workout. I have a bowflex that I use as well. But mostly just upper body. My legs get enough with running. You can google stuff or look on www.runnerworld.com for some good workouts.
